Jeremy Merle
Partner
Jeremy has more than 20 years of design and user experience expertise. Prior to founding Craft, he served as the Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer at Fancred, a personalized sports media platform. Before starting Fancred, Jeremy was the founding designer and Senior Creative Director at Brightcove, where he oversaw product design and global branding that led to a successful IPO. He is proud to have designed experiences that reach hundreds of millions of consumers worldwide.
Sal Nistico
Partner
Sal brings to our team more than 20 years of digital product design experience, as well as deep expertise in financial and highly transactional, data-rich enterprise applications. His award-winning work has been featured in the MoMA and recognized by industry publications such as ID Magazine. Prior to joining Craft, Sal ran the design practice at Intuitive Company (acquired by EY in 2015), leading teams to create user-centric digital experiences for clients ranging from Fannie Mae to SunTrust Bank.
Tim McLaughlin
Partner
After decades of leadership in the UX design industry, Tim brings deep experience in defining the research, design and development phases of user experience engagements for clients across multiple verticals. He has worked extensively with different engagement models and project delivery methodologies throughout each step of the design process. Prior to joining Craft, Tim helped build Intuitive Company into a full-service UX studio that EY purchased in 2015.
Sandy Greene
Partner
Over the course of Sandy’s career, he has led UX teams at digital agencies such as Electronic Ink, as well as global corporations such as JPMorgan Chase. He is driven by working with clients to figure out how to approach their toughest issues, and has a track record of building both long-lasting client relationships and award-winning digital experiences. His proudest achievement to date is growing Intuitive Company into a full-service UX studio that EY purchased in 2015.
Kieran Evans
Design Director
Kieran has worked in interactive design for more than 20 years, and has created visually compelling and user-friendly experiences for major nonprofit, financial services and pharmaceutical clients. His work has garnered numerous accolades, including a Webby Award and a feature in ID Magazine. He has also presented to leading industry organizations, including the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) and the Interaction Design Association (IxDA). Kieran earned his BA in Interactive Design from Penn State.
Bri Casuccio
Senior Designer
Bri is passionate about designing meaningful digital products that enable both businesses and users. She is particularly skilled in user experience design, interface design, prototyping and animation. Bri enjoys bringing ideas to life through visual design, and has deep experience creating flexible design systems that accelerate organizations' digital efficiency and consistency. Bri earned her BS in Interactive Design and Media from Philadelphia University.
Ryan Johnson
Design Director
With a strong background in UX design and front-end code, Ryan crafts beautiful digital experiences from beginning to end. His ability to understand the needs of users and translate their feedback in productive ways enables him to resolve problems before they arise and answer questions that clients haven’t considered yet. Ryan holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Rutgers University.
Kyle Cook
Design Director
For over 15 years Kyle has helped define, design, and launch digital products and experiences which solve complex business problems and build brands through user experience design & research. He approaches challenges with compassion & optimism and loves to find inspiration in unlikely places. If he’s not pushing pixels, you’ll find him meticulously adjusting the Sonos volumes around his house until they’re just right for the playlist (even if the playlist is for his two young daughters).
Winnie Chiu
Senior Designer
With a background in Industrial and Event Design, Winnie brings a unique perspective into designing digital experiences. She loves exploring how humans interact with technology and translating that into delightful simple experiences. Her love for design is rooted in a strong desire to make people’s lives easier. She has a BFA in Industrial Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
Joseph Mueller
Senior Designer
Joseph has over ten years of interaction and UX design experience working with Cîroc, Johnson & Johnson, Casio, and Verizon. Most recently, he led the product and design for a financial startup from seed to acquisition. Joseph enjoys telling a story with product design and solving problems that make a difference. He graduated with a Graphic Design degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Willow Tierno
Designer
Willow is a recent graduate of Tyler School of Art and Architecture with a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design. Willow’s passion for illustration has allowed her to approach her UX/UI work with a unique and creative perspective. She looks forward to learning while practicing in the professional world of digital design.
Zara Vasquez-Evens
Design Director
With over 16 years of experience in digital innovation, Zara has learned the value of human-centric design thinking, striving to enable strong and lasting relationships between people and the brands they invite into their lives. Her passions lie firmly in the fundamentals of visual communication. Before joining Craft, Zara helped lead collaborative design initiatives with global brands such as adidas and Google, and fast-growing start-ups that innovate in smart home technology, healthcare, and productivity.
Emily Messing
Research Director
Emily is an experienced researcher and facilitator. She loves helping teams identify the overlap between user needs and business goals. She is passionate about the experiences, needs, and contexts that shape user behaviors and translate findings into meaningful action. Before joining Craft, Emily was a trusted thought-partner to cross-functional teams at ezCater. Emily earned her M.A. in Social Sciences from The University of Chicago and her B.A. from George Washington University.
Quinn Simpson
Design Director
Quinn is a UX designer, digital strategist, and manager who has been creating experiences for numerous industries over the years including telecom, health & wellbeing, entertainment, transportation, startup, and nonprofit. He thrives in the exciting ambiguity of project discovery and his curiosity for humans is never-ending, always finding unconventional ways to learn from the "user" and how the business can best serve them.
Shane O’Brien
Designer
With a little over a decade of experience largely in branding, illustration, and graphic design, Shane brings a tasteful approach to creating digital experiences. He is continually working to find ways to integrate traditional graphic design best practices wherever possible and to allow users to quickly understand and engage within digital experiences. He enjoys collaborating with the Craft team and clients to solve complex problems with elegant solutions.
April Ryde
Design Director
April is a multidisciplinary design director who believes that expressing the soul of a brand, purpose-driven design solutions and holistic thinking are what make design magic. Her passion for design is fueled by a continuous desire to learn and a fascination with simplicity. Outside of work, April enjoys spending time with her fur babies and partner, doing anything out in nature!
Brooke Coe
Senior Engagement Manager
Brooke is a Senior Engagement Manager with over 15 years of experience leading highly complex product design projects with a background in automotive, entertainment & media, and retail transformation. She is passionate about letting other people shine by being the ‘remover of obstacles’ and helping to keep the team focused so they’re able to deliver outstanding solutions. Outside of work, you can generally find Brooke hiking up mountains with her husband, in her woodshop building furniture, or redesigning fix and flip homes.
Jemma Frost
Senior Researcher
Jemma is a design researcher and creative problem finder who ensures that the voice of the user is heard and respected throughout the design process. She loves exploring new methods for communicating research findings to facilitate collaboration within (and across) multidisciplinary teams. When she’s not working, Jemma enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and hanging out with her dog-like cat Henry.
Ashly Gallagher-White
Engagement Manager
Ashly has experience in running enterprise-level projects that focus on design, usability, and overall customer experience from discovery to launch. She has a passion for connecting with clients on a personal level and working with them to understand what their wants/needs are to achieve the goals for a successful end project on all fronts. When not working, Ashly’s life currently revolves around doing all the family fun activities (with my husband, kids, and 2 rescue pitts.
Tanner Panetta
Senior Designer
Tanner is a multidisciplinary designer with a background in building delightful user experiences, foundational design systems, visual identities, and more. He loves the convergence of styles and perspectives that ultimately drive what people interact with day to day across various platforms and experiences. When he’s not working, Tanner likes to spend time outside and inside alike—from surfing and skating to sharpening his handyman skills at home.
